Join us in shaping the future of sustainable energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our dedicated Project Controls team and play a crucial role in ensuring project’s success through effective risk management. Some of the main responsibilities of the Risk Manager will include: Establish and maintain comprehensive risk registers . Ensure all potential risks are identified, documented, and monitored throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, develop, and implement risk mitigation and action plans. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective execution of mitigation strategies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall Risk Management Strategy and Plan. Ensure alignment with project objectives and industry best practices. Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on the Integrated Works Schedule. Advise Programme Directors on key risk areas to enable proactive mitigative actions. Lead workshops with large groups of Project Managers to capture and assess risks comprehensively. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure thorough risk identification. Work closely with other Risk Managers across different programmes to avoid risk duplication. Ensure a cohesive approach to risk management across all project areas. Proficiency in using data analysis tools (such as Monte-Carlo) for risk assessment and management. Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in risk management.
