HGV Class 2 Driver – Southam, Warwickshire – £16.00ph – Ongoing Long Term Work. People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Southam, Warwickshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression. This position would suit applicants looking for a role as a HGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver. Shifts: • Monday to Friday • Start time: 06:00 Rates of Pay: • £16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday Benefits: As a HGV Class 2 Driver , you will receive: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • Training • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: As a HGV Class 2 Driver , your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Multi-drop delivery of palletised goods • Loading and unloading using pump truck and occasional FLT unloading • Operating and driving Category C vehicles safely and efficiently • Adhering to UK traffic laws and regulations • Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers • Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements • Ensuring all loads are safe and secure Essential Skills: To be successful as a HGV Class 2 Driver , you will need: • Valid UK Category C driving licence • Minimum 24 months Category C driving experience • No more than six penalty points for minor offences • Valid UK Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good spoken and written English Desirable Experience: • Previous experience driving commercial vehicles Training: • Industry-related training and ongoing support Apply Text LORRY to 88440 and a member of our recruitment team will give you a call.
