A Russell Group Graduate joining this school will be working across KS3-KS5, supporting students with Autism (ASD) and MLD to access learning, build independence, and develop confidence in a structured, nurturing environment.
This is a long-term role from September 2026 to July 2027, giving any Russell Group Graduate consistency, training, and real classroom development over a full academic year.

What You’ll Do As a Russell Group Graduate
- Support students with autism and MLD in lessons
- Support students across GCSE and A Level studies within a SEND setting
- Assist teaching staff with tailored learning approaches
- Encourage independence, communication and engagement
