We’re looking for a passionate Engagement Specialist to join our field team and play a key role in an exciting new product launch
. You’ll connect with healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care — sparking meaningful conversations, driving awareness, and helping make a real difference to patients.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with HCPs across your territory.
- Drive engagement using a mix of digital tools, CRM, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maximise prescribing opportunities by guiding customers on the patient journey.
- Keep admin and reporting slick so you can focus on what you do best — engaging people.
- Collaborate closely with your team to make this launch a success.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare/pharma engagement or primary care.
- Confident using multi-channel platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
- Familiarity with the NHS landscape.
- Degree (or equivalent) and ABPI certification are a bonus.
- Full UK driving license.
