What You’ll Be DoingAs a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and supportive team to delivered against your agreed targets.Your key responsibilities include:Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximiseopportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makersNegotiating additional displays and promotional activityDriving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreedproduct rangeExecuting merchandising activity in line with brand guidelinesActively selling to key contacts to maximise salesand visibilityUsing sales data t track performance and identify growth opportunities What We’re Looking ForWe are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply – you might be just the right person for our team.You’ll need:Experience working in field sales or similar roleStrong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholdersStakeholder management experienceExcellent time management and territoryplanning abilityBe self-motivated and results-drivenA full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points andno previous bans) Nice to Have:Experienceworking in retailMerchandising or POS execution experienceDirect selling skills What You’ll Get in Return – Benefits and Perks At McCurrach, we recognise that people are the key to our success.
