The Best Connection Newport is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Chepstow. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful trial period.
Role Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing goods in an ambient warehouse environment
- Using hand-held scanners to process orders accurately
- Operating LLOPs (Low-Level Order Pickers)
- Ensuring all orders are picked efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and use warehouse equipment
What’s On Offer:
- Competitive pay rate of £13.74 per hour
- Monday to Friday shifts – no weekends!

Pay Rate: £13.74 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 1:30am
Contract: Temp to Perm
