Early Notification Coordinator
£38,256 – £39,276 per annum
Responsibilities
- Coordinate SEND applications.
- Ensure applications are directed to the appropriate pathway of support.
- Enable timely and effective intervention.
- Work closely with a multi‑agency panel.
- Respond to queries and requests for support from education, health and early support colleagues.
