To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation and decisioning platform.Today, our technology powers eligibility, affordability and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers.We are growing rapidly across both Haysto and Picnic, spanning specialist and mainstream mortgages, embedded finance partnerships, direct-to-consumer acquisition and platform-led distribution.The OpportunityWe are looking for a commercially minded Sales Analyst to help drive performance across one of the UK’s fastest-growing mortgage businesses.This role sits at the heart of our Sales and Operations teams, turning data into actionable insight that improves conversion, productivity, forecasting and decision-making. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance and the Executive Team to understand what drives performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the business as it scales.This is not a reporting role focused solely on producing dashboards.
