Junior Finance Manager

The Role
As Junior Finance Manager, you will support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and insightful financial operations. Working closely with both UK and international teams, you will contribute to driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, cost and inventory accounting
- Prepare monthly financial statements in line with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
- Coordinate tax return preparation and audit activities
- Strengthen internal controls by improving financial processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support month-end and year-end close
About You
- Experience in a similar finance role, ideally within manufacturing, audit, or advisory
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar is advantageous
- Ambitious and eager to develop and take on increasing responsibility
