Inbound sales Project Manager

• Biddisham | Full time
• Hybrid working 4 days in the office Friday working from home
• £42,000 OTE – uncapped commission

We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country.

This isn’t your typical internal sales role, you’re not selling “nice-to-have” products… you’re working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.

The Role:

This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders. No cold calling or business development. This is a great role for someone that wants an entry level role into sales.

You’ll be:

• Full Training will be provided
• Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes
• Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders
• Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business
• Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
• Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs
• Providing basic technical guidance around products and specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a sales role of some sort (Full training will be provided)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
