🔪 Main Responsibilities
Based in our busy Peterborough kitchen, your role will include:
- Preparing delicious dishes to menu specifications, ensuring Levy standards are followed
- Ensuring all ingredients are available across the full menu
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards in your team
- Supporting and coaching new team members respectfully and positively
- Remaining calm under pressure to ensure smooth service
👩🍳 Skills / Qualifications
We’re looking for Lead Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Parties (CDPs) with:
- Previous culinary experience (essential)
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to inspire your team and share your passion for food
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must be 18+
