  • Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.
  • General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs
  • Using a PDA to manage and record daily works.
  • Working on a rota basis on call out of hours.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
  • Other trades are preferred but not essential
