General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs Using a PDA to manage and record daily works. Working on a rota basis on call out of hours. Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience Full UK driving license Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery Other trades are preferred but not essential Job Type: Full-time permanent Job Type: Full-time Pay: £15.29 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Company pension Ability to commute/relocate: Barrow-In-Furness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: Joinery: 1 year (required) Carpentry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
