Amber Mace are working with a client looking for an OH Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced in-house Occupational Health service.
This is a hands-on clinical role where you will be delivering high-quality occupational health advice, managing a varied caseload, and supporting employees and managers with timely, practical guidance.
You ll be joining a supportive but high-performing team where no two days are the same, and responsiveness really matters.
Key Responsibilities
– Managing a varied occupational health caseload (approx. 4 cases per day, flexible)
– Delivering fitness for work assessments and management referrals
– Supporting return-to-work and absence management processes
– Providing clear, practical clinical advice to managers and HR
– Working as part of a multidisciplinary OH team
– Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to KPI delivery
– Supporting a proactive, preventative approach to workforce health
About You
– Registered Nurse
– OH qualification ideal (10+ years experience if no qualification)
– Strong case management experience
– Confident delivering clear, evidence-based OH advice
– Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
– Strong communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills
– Comfortable working onsite as part of a team
