Find out more about the work we do here: CitizenPosition: PermanentSalary: 30,080 per yearLocation: Torrington Avenue, CoventryHours: 37 per week, Monday Thursday 8am to 4pm. Friday 8am to 3.30pm Key Responsibilities: To support and monitor work and action plans. To carry out Data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are adhered to. To work as a team with other Citizen staff. To call customers and arrange collection of Bulky items. To close jobs once completed. To collate weekly figures and distribute to managers. All other general admin duties as requested.Qualifications and experience: We need you to have general admin duties as part of the role including Production of reports and stats for presentation. Experience of dealing with customers verbally as required along with proven excellent customer services. A good understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality is always essential. Knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
