This is a high-impact role where you鈥檒l sit between day-to-day IT operations and longer-term transformation, helping the business modernise its technology landscape while ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.
The Role
You鈥檒l take ownership of IT operations while leading initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall technology capability across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
路 Leading day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and support
路 Driving technology transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
路 Acting as the key link between the business and Group IT
路 Managing third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers
路 Overseeing system performance, security, and reliability
路 Supporting business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery planning
路 Managing IT budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
路 Leading and developing internal teams and external partners
路 Identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and user experience
What We鈥檙e Looking For
路 Experience in an IT Manager / IT Operations / Infrastructure leadership role
路 Strong background across Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint)
路 Experience working in multi-site or group environments
路 Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
路 Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
路 Experience managing vendors, budgets, and IT projects
路 Exposure to cyber security, cloud, and system integrations
