Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well‑organised warehouse operation.
Typical duties will include:
- Handling and booking‑in incoming goods
- Checking deliveries for accuracy and damage
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Kitting components for production and assembly teams
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock counts
- Moving materials safely within the warehouse
- Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
- Following health & safety and quality procedures
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Basic IT skills an advantage
Hours and pay
Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:15
Friday: 06:00–14:00
£12.83 per hour, increasing to £13.21 per hour after 6 months.
