Permanent, Full Time An excellent opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator to join a thriving and highly respected Chartered Membership Body. The Volunteer Coordinator will work as part of a small but busy Groups and Volunteer team at the Institute. You’ll work closely with the Senior Volunteer Engagement Officer the People Engagement and Projects Manager, and the wider team to support volunteers and ensure that automated event processes run smoothly and efficiently. Acting as a key point of contact, you will manage queries, support event administration and help maintain efficient systems and processes. A central part of the role is overseeing group event registrations through the institute’s website and CRM system. You will also support the delivery of group communications, including coordinating and sending newsletters using Mailchimp, and tracking performance metrics such as open rates to inform improvements.
