Bar Staff – Labryrinth Open Air Festival – Tofte Manor
Dates: 3rd +4th, 11th + 12th July
Location: Tofe Manor (Bedford MK44 1HH)- MUST be able to make OWN WAY
Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.78 total

Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for this one-of-a-kind event.
If you’re confident behind a bar, love fast-paced environments, and thrive on the energy of live music events, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
