You will be working in a non-partisan membership body defending freedom of speech in the Legal team.
Your new role
This role is fully remote, but candidates will be expected to work from the London office once a month during team days. The initial length of this contract is months. To begin the role will be 3 days a week with the potential for full-time hours depending on workload.
Responsibilities include:
– Supporting the legal team on litigation, including drafting and bundling, and assisting with court/tribunal filings
– Draft service agreements and review othermercial contracts
– Assist with organisational legalpliance, data protection, consumer, andernance
– Support on policy and legislative affairs work relevant to freedom of speech
What you’ll need to succeed
– Considerable paralegal experience (3+ years as a guideline)
– Experience of litigation andmercial advisory
– Qualifying English law degree
– Must have own equipment to enable productive working from home.
– Experience with AI is ideal
