Your new role

As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of internalernance arrangements, including Executive and Investmentmittee meetings. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing high‑quality secretariat support, maintainingernance frameworks, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the function.

• Plan and coordinate Executive and submittee meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas, document packs, minutes, records and action logs.
• Maintainmittee calendars, membership details, andernance documentation.
• Provide secretariat services across a range of internalmittees, including investmentmittees.
• Oversee the reporting cycle, includingmissioning and collating papers.
• Act as a key user and administrator for internal board portal software, ensuring accurate andpliant document management.
• Support the development and upkeep ofernance frameworks, terms of reference, and statutory records.
• Assist with responding to Freedom of Information requests.
• Contribute toernance‑related projects and continuous improvement activity across the team.
• Work collaboratively as part of a widerernance team supporting Executive, Board, and shareholder‑level meetings.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Essential:
  Strong experience in Executive Assistant roles.
  Proven background within aernance function.
  Experience working in a financially regulated environment (, financial institutions, regulated public bodies).
  Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  Strong written and verbalmunication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise minutes.
  Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and operate with autonomy.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence working with digitalernance tools.

  Desirable:
  Knowledge of Freedom of Information processes and requirements.
  Previous exposure to investment or lending‑relatedmittee environments.

• Hold or working towards a qualification from the Charteredernance Institute.
