The core of this operation is total clinical safety: we mandate a strict double-nurse shift rotation, meaning two licensed clinicians are always on duty simultaneously.
Requirements

Education: An authentic 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) granted by a Western university.

Clinical Background: A minimum of four years of recent, active experience in acute hospital wards (such as the Intensive Care Unit or Emergency Room).

Language Proficiency: Full bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
