Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computing Teacher located in Bethnal Green. The Computing Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective computing lessons to students aged 3 to 11. Additional responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, fostering problem-solving and digital literacy skills, and contributing to a collaborative educational environment. The teacher will play a key role in encouraging a passion for technology and innovation among young learners. This role also includes form teacher responsibilities, which come with additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and adapting classroom activities to support diverse learning needs
• Experience in Education, including knowledge of computing curriculum for primary school students
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proven abilities in Teaching and Training within an educational setting
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for empowering students through technology
• Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications; a background in computing or related field is highly desirable.
