Title: Joiner Multi-Skilled (known internally as Carpenter – Multi-Skilled)Location: East MidlandsSalary: 33,299 – 35,052Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am 6pm. To support our residents, a later shift of 9:30am 6pm is worked on a rotational basis, between 1 in 3 and 1 in 5 weeks.Requirements:ExperiencePreviously worked in a social housing or local authority environmentRelevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experienceDrivingA full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).A minimum of one year of significant driving experience.
