As we continue to grow, weâre looking for an experienced Business Development Director to help us build meaningful new client relationships and shape the next stage of Pepperâs growth.
The Role
This is a senior, relationship-led new business role for someone who understands the social media landscape and can confidently speak to the value of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, organic social, paid media, research and creative work.
Youâll be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, working closely with Pepperâs leadership team and marketing function to bring the right opportunities into the agency.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to build and shape Pepperâs new business approach as the agency continues to expand.
