About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Service London to lead our regional operations and drive strategic growth. As a senior leader at Waythrough, you will shape service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and champion innovation to ensure we continue delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Drive business development initiatives and strategies to secure funding, resources, and partnerships that support our mission and growth goals. Brilliant Leader Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Exceptional Partner & Stakeholder Relationships Build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, government agencies, community organisations, and corporate partners.
Champion Our Cause Embrace and advocate for Waythroughs mission, values, and objectives, demonstrating unwavering dedication to improving the lives of individuals and communities. About You You will be a confident, values-driven leader with:
Proven senior leadership experience within the non-profit, health, or social care sector Significant experience in drug and alcohol services, with a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery pathways A strong track record in business development, contract management, and securing funding Experience working with commissioners and statutory partners Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams A deep commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion If you are an ambitious and compassionate leader ready to shape the future of mental health and social support services in London, we would love to hear from you.
