This service is located Orford Warrington and supports individuals with complex needs, including mental health needs and learning disabilities. We provide supported living in small, well‑equipped homes designed to help people live as independently and confidently as possible.
A Day in the Life of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same, reflecting the diversity of the individuals we support. Our approach is centred around person‑centred planning, tailoring support to meet each individual’s unique needs. What We’re Looking For
Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour is essential. Training and qualifications will be provided on the job. We are looking for caring individuals who align with our values, who will advocate for the people we support and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
