We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Support Worker to join our team in the Warrington area. About the Role As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable individuals and families, helping them sustain their tenancies and live independently.
You will work closely with tenants, landlords, support agencies, and local services to ensure positive outcomes for those at risk of homelessness or housing instability.
Key Responsibilities Support tenants to maintain and sustain their accommodation Assist clients with budgeting, benefits, and managing household bills Develop personalised support plans and monitor progress Liaise with housing providers, social services, and external agencies Conduct regular welfare visits and risk assessments Support clients with access to employment, training, healthcare, and community services Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with company policies
What Were Looking For Experience working in housing, support work, homelessness services, or social care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload independently Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused approach Good knowledge of safeguarding and tenancy-related issues Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
