Strong pipeline of work, long-term projects, and a business that actually invests in its HV teams.Structured environment with clear progression beyond SAP (Authorising / technical leadership routes)Strong earning potential with overtime & on-call upliftLong-term pipeline – not stop/start project workActing as Senior Authorised Person (SAP) on HV networks up to 33kVSupporting commissioning, maintenance & fault response on substationsLiaising with DNOs/IDNOs, clients & internal project teams
