Employment Law Solicitor – Leading UK Law Firm A highly regarded National law firm are seeking ambitious Solicitors to join its nationally recognised Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer looking to work on a broad mix of contentious, advisory, and transactional matters across a range of regulated and commercial sectors. The role offers exposure to complex and high-profile employment law issues, with the opportunity to work closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams across the firm. As part of a national Employment practice, you will advise clients across a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare providers, Housing organisations, Higher education institutions, Public sector organisations, including central and local government. Employment tribunal litigation and advocacy TUPE and outsourcing projects Employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions Policy drafting and HR documentation Client training and knowledge-sharing Conduct employment due diligence as part of corporate and commercial transactions Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures Deliver client training and contribute to business development initiatives Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in employment law Excellent litigation and/or advocacy skills High-quality work across a broad range of sectors with complex and novel employment issues Genuine opportunities for career progression within a structured development framework Competitive salary (up to £90,000) and comprehensive benefits package Flexible hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days in the office)
