Education and Wellbeing Coordinator

Purpose of the role
To provide high quality local management for specific education services/contracts ensuring successful service coordination including all operational elements and ongoing delivery. To provide high quality management support and supervision to Brook staff and volunteers who deliver education & wellbeing services. To work collaboratively to ensure Brook is aware of and accessing service and business developmental opportunities
Essential criteria
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead engaging educational sessions
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
- Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders
- Able to manage workload independently
- Proficient in IT, databases, and social media
- Knowledge of safeguarding and sexual health legislation
- Relevant qualification (e.g. degree or diploma)

About the role:
- Hours:
Part-Time Hours 22.5 per week Working pattern TBC
Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary
- Contract:
Fixed contract ending 30/06/2027
- Location:
Truro, Cornwall
- Salary: £28,325 Pro rata
