Position: Support Worker required for 38.5 hours per week Wirral – Driver Essential
About the Role
As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
This Could Be In
- People’s own homes
- Community-based services
- Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals

- Patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends
