Role Description

The Associate Soft Skills & Leadership Trainer (Freelance) will deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions to professionals focused on developing soft skills and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include designing engaging training materials, delivering workshops through live virtual sessions, and evaluating participant progress. Trainers will collaborate with clients to ensure content relevancy, provide tailored solutions, and incorporate real-world examples to enhance learning outcomes. This is a contract-based remote role, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work across different time zones.

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills in Customer Service, Human Resources (HR), and Sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and presenting training materials
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership and soft skills training
• Digital literacy and comfort with using online collaboration tools for remote training
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage
• Relevant certifications in training, business, or leadership development
