Our head office also serves as a passenger departure lounge for many of our tours.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking within the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of escorted toursPreparing and checking all departure paperwork accuratelyChecking in guests upon arrivalWelcoming guests on board coachesLiaising with venues regarding ticket arrangementsHandling operational issues such as coach delays or guest queriesManaging coach departures from venues back to LondonMaintaining clear communication and cooperation between the office team and venue teamsAssisting with front desk coverage and additional operational tasks when requiredExperience Previous face-to-face customer service experience is essentialPassion for working with people and delivering excellent customer serviceKnowledge of venues or attractions is desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skillsFlexible and adaptable approach to workWorking PatternContract based on 5.5 hours per week, with additional hours paid hourlyShifts scheduled based on availability and shared one week in advanceShifts may begin as early as 5:00am and finish as late as 10:30pmTours operate 7 days a week, including weekends and Bank HolidaysFlexible to work across different shift patternsReady to Join Us?
