About our IT role;
You will be joining the IT team as a colleague-facing support engineer for the North of England, reporting into the IT Helpdesk Supervisor and working closely with colleagues across the wider IT function.
This is a hybrid role based on our Harrogate or Leeds office and from home, with regular travel to other offices across your support region and occasional wider business travel. You will be visible to colleagues, confident with face-to-face support, and trusted to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
