We are expanding our support team and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support & M365 Technician who can deliver highâquality support across a range of platforms and technologies.
The Role
As an IT Support & M365 Technician you will play a key role in providing technical support, managing client infrastructure, and delivering projects across our portfolio of services. You will work both remotely and on-site, supporting SMEs with modern IT systems, Microsoft 365 environments, and network infrastructure.
This is a handsâon role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fastâpaced MSP environment.
