Role OverviewWe are looking for detail-oriented individuals in the United Kingdom who love travel and customer service. As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with planning trips, researching destinations, and booking travel packagesāall from the comfort of your home. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and holiday packages.Deliver excellent service by responding to client inquiries promptly.Research destinations and recommend options to fit client needs and budgets.Maintain accuracy when managing multiple client requests.Keep up to date with travel promotions, trends, and supplier offerings. QualificationsCustomer service, travel, or hospitality experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.Must be 18+ with a computer and reliable internet access.Enthusiasm for travel and helping others.
