This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact function where your expertise will directly influence product excellence and supplier relationshipsSupplier Quality EngineerPermanentMonday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pmVery Competitive Salary on Offer + BonusCoventrySupplier Quality EngineerJob Description- Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing projects- Drive key supplier processes, audits, and root cause investigations- Ensure effective containment, corrective actions, and Zero Defect programme implementation- Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and source transfer programmes- Analyse nonconforming data and drive resolution strategies- Manage supplier development using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause toolsSupplier Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications- Posses an Aerospace quality background with working knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, AS9102 would be beneficial- Experience in supplier audits and supplier development- Proficient in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans- Confident in problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and using SAP systems- Full UK Driving License- EU travel once a monthSupplier Quality EngineerCompany Benefits- Career development and opportunities to progress- Free on-site car parking- Pension Scheme up to 10% company contribution- Employee Health & Wellbeing Programme- Employee Discounts- 10% BonusIf you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’ or email me at Rachel.L@owendaniels.co.uk
