Part Qualified Accountant Job at Bradford, West Yorkshire Full Time NEW

We are working with a growing practice in Bradford who are currently looking for a part qualified Accountant with practice experience. Full study support including time of for study will be provided.

You will be working with a varied client base across a range of sectors as well as supporting apprentices with their progress. You will have a passion for working in practice, be driven, forward thinking, meticulous and accurate. Excellent progression opportunities available.

Day to day of the role:

• Preparing year end accounts for both limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders (mainly limited companies).

• Preparing personal and corporation tax computations and returns.

• Assisting the Partners or Senior managers with ad hoc project work for clients.

• Liaising with clients over their accounts and queries.

• Manage and interact with your own portfolio of clients to ensure monthly bookkeeping is done to a high standard

• Monthly/quarterly management reports preparation

• VAT returns

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Part qualified ACA or ACCA

• Previous practice experience

• Ideally proficient in the use of Sage, Xero, Quickbooks and Excel

• Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
