Are you an Administrator who is able to carry out a range of administrative and or operational duties? Movianto Bedford is Looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team!

You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary £26,756.04 per annum.

Purpose of the role

Support Team Leaders and Managers by carrying out operational duties as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, environmental, ISO, security, and health and safety standards. Accurately complete, verify, and promptly submit all required documentation and records to the appropriate manager.

How you’ll make an impact as a Warehouse Administrator at Movianto:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of departmental operations and processes.
• Maintain agency timesheets and accurately record hours worked in line with company procedures.
• Raise purchase orders, manage site consumable orders, and maintain accurate expenditure records.
• Complete, process, and submit all required documentation accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate uniform orders, ensuring requests, deliveries, and distributions are completed efficiently.
• Support customer care activities by responding to enquiries professionally and updating Salesforce records accurately.
• Manage courier bookings and dispatch arrangements while maintaining accurate Courier Log records.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Team Leaders, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, ISO standards, security procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify operational improvements, report issues promptly

• Good analytical and numerical skills to support accurate reporting and data handling. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, records, and customer enquiries.
• Accountable and reliable approach with strong integrity, punctuality, and ownership of work.
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with administrative or CRM systems.
• Commitment to compliance with company procedures, policies, regulatory requirements, and efficient administrative coordination.

Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or operational support role preferred.
Experience using CRM or customer service platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience working within a fast-paced operational or logistics environment would be advantageous.
