Bournville School’s Primary phase is thriving. Deeply rooted in its community and recently nominated for Community School of the Year, Bournville has an on-site Community Hub and a culture built on care, collaboration and individualised support. We are a close-knit school, able to draw on the wider expertise and resources of our Secondary team and an established multi-academy trust.
In this role, you will plan, deliver and assess high-quality, engaging lessons and play an active role in the wider life of our school. We are seeking someone with experience, high expectations and the ambition to grow into a leadership role. As Mr McDermott, our Head of Primary, explains:

To be successful, you will hold QTS and have a strong track record of raising attainment.
