Shifts:
Days, nights and weekends (rota-based) Were recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in the Norfolk region. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours , ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.
Youll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
The Role Provide person-centred care across different services Support adults and children with complex clinical needs Assist with personal care, medication, communication and community access Adapt quickly to new teams and routines Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, consistent support
What Were Looking For Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling between services Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays Calm, adaptable and quick to learn Who we are acuity care delivers specialist support across Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Learning Disability & Autism, and Mental Health Services.
