What you will do:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks
– Develop and implement safeguarding plans to ensure individuals are protected from harm
– Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, attending meetings and case conferences
– Provide expert advice and support to individuals, families, and carers
– Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal requirements
– Participate in continuous professional development and training
Requirements of the Social Worker:
– A degree or equivalent in social work with a current Social Work England registration
– Extensive frontline experience in UK Social Services, showcasing your skills as a qualified Social Worker
– In-depth understanding of safeguarding principles and practices
