The role: We’re seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to help develop and grow our largest and most strategic French clients. This is an incredible opportunity to take our business to the next level, by providing first-class account management and growing the revenue from this vital client base who are using our market-leading social media and sponsored jobs advertising solutions. You’ll be joining a growing team of 7 working alongside our marketing, delivery and sales teams. The role reports to the Head of Sales in the UK and will manage one customer success manager within our French team. The sales team will benefit from your experience to date but even more important is the passion you bring to work every day. You have the chance to own your and the company’s growth in terms of: ● Managing our largest French clients and delighting them by being an expert in recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions ● Close collaboration with the sales team to ensure a customer-centric handover and an impactful onboarding experience that sets them up for success using our products and services ● Working to understand the client’s motivations for success and work these to ensure delivery of these needs ● Using your analytical skills to track progress on recruitment campaigns, identifying and foreseeing issues, and proactively resolving them ● Owning targets on developing accounts and their growth within the business ● Managing a customer success manager in the French team We want to realise the next level of success and you will utilise your own skills and experience to meet our goals. Key Requirements We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of, or aptitude for much of the below: ● Excellent internal and external rapport builder/ people skills, establishing strong relationships ● A passion for great customer service, you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers ● Continuous improvement mentality ● Great work ethic, drive and passion, organisational skills ● Strong numerical and technical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns. ● Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written It’s a bonus if you have: ● A good understanding of the French online recruitment advertising market, ideally with CPC models and pricing Benefits Reward: We offer a competitive financial package which includes competitive salary, stock options (we are all owners!) and a contributory pension scheme.
