Warehouse Assistant
📍Location: Hendon
💷Salary: £24,785
⏰Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am -4.30pm
Are you ready to step into a hands-on role in an exciting retail/clothing warehouse? 🎭 Our client is searching for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join their energetic team! If you have a passion for clothing, fashion, or theatre, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Sorting and putting away stock returns
Organising, relocating, and sorting stock
Preparing, handling, loading, and dispatching outbound hires
Unloading vehicles and receiving inbound deliveries
Assisting with processing hire returns and preparing items for cleaning
Booking out laundry and sorting for return to the warehouse
Providing logistical support to other departments
Delivering internal post/packages
Assisting with garment care and cleaning
Performing general warehouse duties and maintaining a tidy yard, including waste and recycling managementRequired Skills:
We’re looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to the team. In addition, you should possess:
Basic keyboard & computer skills (Word & Excel)
Someone from a retail background would be ideal
Excellent communication & organisational skills
