As Brand Manager for this innovative hair treatment brand, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing annual brand plans that drive growth and profitability. This role is all about building brand equity, optimising the product range and channel mix, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Developing comprehensive brand plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities Analysing sales performance, consumer trends, and market dynamics to inform strategy Creating and delivering integrated comms campaigns – ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media Optimising product range and channel mix based on consumer insights and performance Monitoring competitor activity, in-market pricing, and promotional performance across channels Managing marketing budgets effectively, tracking spend, performance metrics and KPIs Implementing CRM systems for customer acquisition and retention initiatives Conduct brand tracking and campaign measurement to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy Significant brand marketing experience with FMCG or Consumer Health/OTC brands Strong track record developing clear and ambitious brand strategies and annual marketing plans Extensive experience creating and managing ATL, BTL and digital/social media campaigns Experience of managing NPD and EPD launch projects Creative thinking with keen attention to detail Strong analytical skills including consumer insight, market/shopper data and campaign measurement Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms Solid academic background, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Business, Comms or similar If you’re looking for a real challenge and have the skills & experience to take on this role, please send your CV to Adam Tarsh ASAP.
