PostgreSQL DBA
£46,000-£61,000 + 33 days annual leave
Farnborough – 2 days per month on site
Active DV or eligibility for DV required
Sanderson Government and Defence are supporting a well know supplier to the UK Government in their search for a postgreSQL DBA to support a central government end client.
You will be coming into to an existing, established Data Engineering team made up of DBAs, engineers, senior engineers and architects that work specifically on a single major programme for the end client.
This is a DV cleared role, so you would either hold an active DV clearance or at least be able to achieve one. Visit the government website on the topic for more into: (no spaces). Please note, you may be required to achieve this clearance in order to start, which can take some time.
The technical requirements are as follows:
- PostgreSQL DBA experience
- PostgreDQL DBE experience
- Writing SQL and PL/SQL
- Performance Analysis
- Database queries
