Patient‑Centred Care
Our exceptional nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care. The clinic is open from Monday to Saturday with no nights, giving you the flexibility and work‑life balance you’ve been searching for.
Our Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
