This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Key Stage 2 education and committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development. You will work closely with year group colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to ensure all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.You will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering creative lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents’ evenings and staff meetings.Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.Holds QTS or equivalent.Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.Is committed to high expectations, pupil progress, and teamwork.What Destination Education Offers
