National Account Manager – Argos, Very & Mail-order Job at United Kingdom Full Time NEW

This role in summary Reporting to the Head of AO, Online & Mail-order, the National Account Manager (NAM) will be responsible for managing and developing Beko Europe’s business across an assigned set of product categories within the Argos, Very & Mail-order accounts. You will own the full commercial relationship — driving profitable sales growth, managing joint business plans, delivering category objectives and ensuring flawless execution across the customer journey. This is a high-impact role within one of our most strategically important accounts. Manage and grow sales performance across assigned Major Domestic Appliance (MDA) categories within the Argos, Very & Mail-order account. Act as key Commercial Lead on Home Delivery, liaising with key stakeholders across the business to optimise home delivery volumes & performance Manage further SDF integration projects with both Argos & Very Lead range reviews, promotional planning and product launches in collaboration with marketing, supply chain and category teams. Analyse market data, sales trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with internal teams (finance, marketing, demand planning) to ensure seamless execution and account service. Provide accurate forecasts and business updates to the Head of AO, Online & Mail-order and wider sales leadership. Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within the Major Domestic Appliance, Consumer Electronics or FMCG sector. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth with major UK retailers (ideally Argos, Very & Mail-order or other national electrical retailers). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insight. Proficient use of excel. Work with a leading global brand with a reputation for quality and innovation.
